Where are you located?
Our training facility is at 509 Guelph Street, Georgetown, Ontario (L0P 1K0). Most of our programs run on-site — we have the equipment, the space, and the controlled distractions that produce the best results. In-home private training is available for clients who genuinely can't make it to us.
Do you offer a free consultation?
We offer a paid consultation ($45+HST on-site, $180/hr in-home) that's required for all new clients. This is how we meet your dog, understand what you're working with, and recommend the right program — not what fills a slot. We'd rather spend 45 minutes making the right call than six weeks on the wrong program.
What does "balanced training" mean?
Balanced training uses a full range of motivators — including rewards and clear, consistent boundaries — rather than restricting to one method. We use positive reinforcement as the foundation, and add structure and accountability where it serves the dog. Every tool and technique is explained with full pros and cons before we use it, and you make the final call on approach.
How many sessions will my dog need?
It depends entirely on your dog's age, history, and what you're working on. A puppy starting from scratch looks very different from a 4-year-old with established reactivity. We'll give you a realistic picture at the consultation — we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than sign you up for a 10-pack when 3 lessons will do the job.
Do you work with aggressive dogs?
Yes. Aggression towards people or other dogs is something we assess and address regularly. The consultation is especially important here — we need to understand the history, the triggers, and the severity before we put a plan in place. Some dogs need private work before any group setting is appropriate; others are ready for structured group rehab right away.

Our facility serves clients from across the GTA — Georgetown, Halton Hills, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Acton, Milton, and surrounding areas. In-home sessions are available within a reasonable driving distance of Georgetown; contact us to confirm your area.
